BRIDGE (Broadening Cancer Research Participation an Diversity through a Greater Manchester Education Programme) is a programme designed to strengthen understanding of cancer research and clinical trials — for both the cancer workforce and the people they support.

Despite the critical role research plays in improving cancer care, many patients face barriers to participation, and many professionals lack the confidence to talk about trials in everyday practice. The BRIDGE Project was created to help close that gap. Whether you’re new to cancer research or looking to build on existing knowledge, these resources offer a practical starting point for supporting informed, inclusive participation in cancer research and clinical trials.
