Suzanne Lilley is the Programme Director for Workforce and Education at Greater Manchester Cancer. Prior to her current role, Suzanne worked at The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as the Implementation Manager working with Arm’s-Length Bodies to influence policy to improve Health and social Care. Suzanne now oversees the delivery of the GM Cancer workforce and education strategy for the Cancer Alliance working with key stakeholders across the GM system to ensure we have a sustainable supply of medical and non-medical cancer workforce to deliver safe and effective care for our cancer patients. The Cancer Academy is a key element in the strategy and is essential for ensuring standardisation and equity of access to cancer education for the whole of the non-medical workforce.
