Centered around the capabilities and levels of practice within the ACCEND framework, the ePortfolio offers a digital, interactive version of the framework which allows you log your learning achievements, enabling:
- opportunity to highlight areas for development
- support more informed, meaningful appraisal conversations
- ability to plan and focus career progression
Even if you change roles or organisation, your ePortfolio will be able to follow and support you throughout your healthcare career.
